The following is a compilation of answers to frequently asked questions, as well as tips and suggestions to better assist you in your experience as a model for the diPietro Todd apprenticeship program. Please keep in mind that all of our students follow a specific course throughout the program and that they are all in different sections at any one time. This is an educational platform and instructors may be going through the services step by step, working on very specific techniques. Please allow at least 2 hours for your service.

Booking:

• Once your appointment has been made, be sure to get your colorist or stylist's name and contact number just in case you need to reach them with questions or changes regarding your future appointment.

• Check in with the front desk then wait for stylist/colorist.
• Please be prepared to pay with cash or credit card before your appointment.
• Sign a Model Release Form.
• Get changed in the dressing area.
• We are not responsible for any personal belongings.

• We recommend booking a future appointment with your stylist and/or colorist before checking out.
• Please do not leave the salon until an instructor has inspected the service (students cannot receive credit for their work without an inspection by their instructor).
• Please let us know how you feel about your service, as well as how your overall experience with us has been.
